Melania Zalewska (nee Ptaszynska), 98 of Morristown, NJ passed away peacefully on January 29, 2023.  Melania is survived by her six beloved children Jerzy Zalewski with his wife Danuta, Barbara Bednarowska with her husband Kazimierz, Danuta Prochazkowa with her husband Miroslaw, Krystyna Kinsella with her husband Kevin, Jolanta Golojuch with her husband Tadeusz; fifteen grandchildren Sylwester Bednarowski, Grzegorz Bednarowski, Monika Zalewski, Aldona Zalewski, Agnieszka Zalewski, Ewa Zalewski, Krystyna Zalewski, Marta Zalewski, Tomas Prochazka, Markieta Cerna, Sebastian Cwik, Monika Kinsella, Mathew Golojuch, Nicole Golojuch and Nina Golojuch; nineteen greatgrandchildren Paulina with her husband Konrad, Tymteusz, Alexander, Kamil, Karolina, Nela, Otylka, Jakub, Bartosz, Antoni, Karol, Franciszek, Marcelina, Adrianne, Medi, Sebastian Jr., Oliver, Zoya, Gigi.  Melania was predeceased by her parents Franciszek and Jozefa Ptaszynski, husband Stanislaw Zalewski, two daughters Wieslawa and Wanda Zalewski and granddaughter Beata Zalewska.  Melania enjoyed gardening, crocheting and reading. She will be greatly missed by her family. Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, February 2 at 11:00 AM, Sacred Heart Church, 537 Grove Street, Irvington, NJ.

Aniela Cyran (nee Dabal), 88 of Dover NJ passed away on December 26, 2022. Aniela is survived by her beloved daughter Renata Kostyra with her husband Andrzej, sister Kazimiera Bosak, brother Jozef Moskal, 7 grandchildren Jessica Kostyra, Alex Kostyra, Piotr Cyran, Pawel Cyran, Jolanta Szpunar, Justyna Cyran, Sebastian Cyran, 6 great-grandchildren Magdalena, Krzysztof, Filip, Kacper, Antonina, Zuzanna. Aniela was predeceased by her husband Aleksander Cyran, parents Jozef Dabal and Katarzyna Zak, daughter Barbara Cyran, two sons Janusz Cyran and Zbigniew Cyran, brothers Stanislaw Moskal, Jan Dabal, four sisters Tekla Mycek, Julia Motyka, Maria Dziadura, Zofia Surma. Aniela was a woman of faith and had a heart of gold. She loved her family. In her free time she enjoyed cooking and gardening. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Wanda Maria Cisek, 75 of Clifton New Jersey passed away at home surrounded by her family on September 14, 2022. Wanda is survived by her beloved husband Jan Cisek, two sons Matt (Mateusz) Cisek and Paul (Cyryl Metody) Cisek with his wife Emily, three sisters Teresa Powadiuk, Wieslawa Dybowska with her husband Janusz, Danuta Listopad with her husband Jan, two grandchildren Nadia and Benjamin. Wanda was predeceased by her parents Stanislaw and Zofia Janiak (nee Lukasiewicz), her brother Miroslaw, sister Halina and her brother in law Rudolf. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Henryka is survived by her loving daughter Marzena (Marsha) Tarnawski with her husband Witold (Joe), two beautiful grandchildren Caroline Weron with her husband Matthew and Alex with his girlfriend Alyssa Fried, her brother Zbigniew Sliwinski with his wife Barbara and three nieces Katarzyna Rozalski with her husband Albert, Magdalena Maucione, Morgan Geron. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Zbyslaw Remiszewski, parents Apolonia Sliwinska and Henryk Kaczmarski and her stepfather Waclaw Sliwinski. Henryka was a proud co-owner of Amber Nails Salon in Ridgewood NJ and Daydream Day Spa in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. She enjoyed reading and cooking with her husband Zbyslaw especially “paczki” and pierogi. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Kornelia Siadkowska passed away on August 15, 2022. An incredible mother, sister, and aunt, Kornelia enjoyed traveling, sailing, gardening, cooking, doing crosswords and Sudoku puzzles, going to the beach, and caring for her dogs. She often tapped into her artistic side, leading her to draw, view art at museums, practice interior design, and listen to favorite musical artists like Sting and Leonard Cohen. She was known for her kind-hearted personality, good taste, sense of style, and good-natured humor, which drew both people and animals to her. After living and working as a surveyor, chef, and more around the world — from Poland to Austria to the United States — Kornelia finally fulfilled her dream of moving to Florida. There, she divided her time between relaxing by her beloved beach, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering at the Polish community club, church thrift store, and dog shelter. She is survived by a son, Sebastian Krauz, two sisters, Ewa Kontor and Amalia Zawadzka, and their husbands, and several nieces and nephews who cherish her memory and miss her irreplaceable company dearly

Najwspanialsza matka, siostra, ciocia. Jej pasją były podróże, żeglarstwo, lubiła uprawiać ogród i układać kwiaty, rozwiązywać krzyżówki, Sudoku, puzle, długie spacery po plaży z psem. Artystyczne zamiłowania realizowała odwiedzając muzea, kolekcjonując piękne przedmioty, rysując. Miała dar aranżacji wnętrz i otaczającej przestrzeni.Słuchała muzyki i ulubionych artystów Stinga, L.Cohena. Była znana ze swojej życzliwej osobowości ,dobrego smaku, wyczucia stylu i dobrego humoru, to przyciągało do niej ludzi i zwierzęta. Po tym jak żyła i pracowała w Polsce (w Rzeszowie, była z wykształcenia geodetą)zamieszkała w Austrii,następnie w USA,tam realizując swoje marzenia osiadła na stałe na Florydzie.
Dzieliła swój czas na relax na swojej ukochanej plaży a także na spotkania z rodziną i przyjaciółmi oraz pracą jako wolontariusz w Klubie Polonijnym, kościelnym sklepie, schronisku dla psów.
Pozostawiła syna Sebastiana Krauza, siostry Amalię Zawadzką i Ewę Kontor z mężami, siostrzenice i siostrzeńców, którzy będą pielęgnować jej pamięć i zawsze będą tęsknić za jej niezastąpioną Osobą.

Zbigniew Wisniewski, 68 of Kearny NJ passed away on June 23, 2022. Zbigniew is survived by his beloved wife Lidia Janawa, son Rafal Wisniewski, niece Danuta Wyka with her husband Aleksander, nephew Dariusz Sikorski with his wife Wioletta. He was predeceased by his parents Jerzy and Irena Wisniewski, brother Wojciech Wisniewski and sister Barbara Teresa Sikorski. Zbigniew was born in Cracow Poland and came to the United States in 1988. For over 34 years he worked as an Accountant for Mangia Restaurant in New York. Zbigniew has a heart of gold; he loved his family and friends. In his free time he enjoyed tennis, soccer and trips to Florida. He will be tremendously missed by his family, friends and coworkers. Per his wishes he will be laid to rest at his family grave in Cracow Poland.

Jan is survived by his daughter Miroslawa Zak with her husband Wlodzimierz, his son Ireneusz Furman with his wife Urszula, six grandchildren Monika, Kinga, Grzegorz, Anna, Natalia, Amelia; two great-grandchildren Samantha and Daniel. Marek Kozuch, 70 of Ringwood, NJ passed away in his home surrounded by his children on June 21, 2022. Marek was born and raised in Chelm Poland, graduated from Warsaw Politechnik and moved to the United States in 1981. Marek is survived by his loving son Matthew Kozuch, step-daughter Margaret Cortese with her husband John, 3 step-grandchildren Harrison, Colin and Reid. He was predeceased by his parents Waclaw and Czeslawa Kozuch. Marek was a mechanical engineer and owner of MCK General Machine in Paterson, NJ. He was an avid windsurfer, cook, photographer and music enthusiast. He loved to travel, read and eat! He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
